MindWell Retreat isn't just a place to sleep—it’s a place to breathe. Surrounded by lush West Coast forest and gardens, the property is a private park with trees as your neighbours.
The Wellness Wing: Each booking at MindWell House includes access to a 3 Hour Contrast Therapy Circuit for guests staying onsite. The Circuit includes our expansive custom cedar sauna with three tiers of seating and enough room to truly stretch out. Step out of the sauna into nature and immerse yourself in the outdoor cold showers and then sit by the fire. It’s a high-end wellness experience right in your own home. You simply let us know when you want to use the Circuit and the hosts will prepare it for you.
You can always add another circuit for an additional fee as we offer special add-on experiences to our guests that can further elevate your stay including:
