About this house rental
Hosting families, bridal parties, events, reunions, corporate training, athletes, coaches and guests attending valley events. Our acreage is 3km to the lake or 5km to ocean beaches. Watch wildlife, visit our village for hand made ice-cream, mountain climb, read, play games, make pizza, or grill. Ideal for friends, families & cozy gatherings.
Star gaze, kayak, swim, hike, hammock, geocache, & relax. BC's new rules limit us to 3 of our 5 bdrms with, additional sleeping space for your group to use. We excuse ourselves from all 'common areas' in the B&B so you can enjoy the entire home from kitchen to rec room & library/loft. We offer full privacy for your group; while being available (per new BC and CVRD regulations) for a daily breakfast delivery of muffins or fruits or? tell us and we will try to accommodate. Imperceptible hosts. Hike our trail, try the Pizza oven or join us in spring maple sugaring.
Complying w/ BC's STR laws via an onsite concierge offering of daily breakfast and as much privacy as guests want.

Nice home for our 7 friends to spread out and have their own space. Kitchen was our favorite gathering place! Nice walking trails from the front door. Feels pretty isolated even with all the surrounding development, and in a great location close to both Mill Bay and Shawnigan Lake.

Worked great for our family & friend group (8 people). House felt big enough for our group and people had their own spaces if needed, but also had community areas to share as well. Nice views. Host had good communication, check in & suggestions for the area.
