Quiet neighborhood. Clean house, fully stocked. Easily accommodated our family of 6. Does have one car garage. This house is in Langford about 10 miles out of Victoria which is about center point for surrounding attractions, like Butchart gardens, and downtown fisherman’s wharf. It is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers.
The house is 3 stories with a lot of stairs. Driveway is tight with 2 mis-size SUVs.

We had a group of 8, our kids, their spouse and grand baby. Plenty of space in living room and dining room to seat everyone. Plenty of bathrooms. The patio was nice.
2 burners were broken on the stove and parking was in a line not side by side so we had to put smaller vehicle in garage and then move the other car to get it out
