Main floor has a chef's kitchen, high ceilings, two dining spaces, laundry room, powder room, and the Master bedroom and ensuite (equipped with a jacuzzi tub and steam shower).
The second floor holds four bedrooms (one king, one queen, one double, and two bunk beds), a tv, bathroom, bbq and outdoor space.
Quick drive down to the golf course, restaurants and recreation centre, or a 15-minute walk.

The house is amazing. The view is spectacular. The neighborhood is quiet. He have so enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very attentive. The home was very clean and very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.was clea

Clean, lovely location and space. Well equipped for group meals, and lots of space for lounging in. The mattresses were divine - really comfortable sleeps for everyone in our party. And the walk-in shower in the master is incredible.
Two small downsides: 1) lack of mirrors anywhere besides the bathrooms. Makes for large groups getting ready tricky to coordinate. Heard this comment from two different ladies in our group. And 2) the keypad for entering the house is quite sensitive and I had to redo the combo several times as it would register a number twice in the sequence. But despite this, would recommend this place to anyone visiting the South Island and will be saving for future stays!

Ashley was exceptional with her communication to our various questions and accommodating our last minute needs. We took her advice for a location for our rehearsal dinner and it was exactly what we were looking for. The home was spacious and the bonus den served as a private room for our 2 year old. The home is well appointed and we will definitely stay there again
