The house worked very well for us and we enjoyed it very much. However, we found the entry code system to be extremely difficult to use. We spent over an hour trying to get in when we first arrived. After that, whenever we left the house we had to try multiple times before being able to get back inside. This was not a pleasant experience, especially after dark. We do not want to rent another house that uses a similar locking system and will ask about that specifically before making future reservations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yaquina Lighthouse View Beach Home! The home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! The master bedroom included a king-size bed and master bath with shower and jacuzzi tub. The view from the main deck and also the 2nd story deck adjacent to the master bedroom was incredible, both with a clear view of the lighthouse. And there was a private pathway alongside the house that led down to the road to the beach, literally only 3 houses from the beach! The kitchen was well stocked, and they even had board games and a few camp chairs available for use. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is stunning with amazing beach access. Unfortunately cleanliness was an issue, there was underwear left in the walk-in closet, stains on the master comforter, a shower drain that was plugged, garbage and recycle were both full, and there were crumbs on the counter and kitchen floor. The owner did not stock Ziploc bags, foil, Saran Wrap, or clothes detergent…although they asked that a load be put in the washer before leaving. The home itself was amazing just be prepared.
