A fantastic bluff top location in the heart of Newport close to the fine dining, shopping & activities of Historic Nye Beach & the Bayfront. Panoramic only begins to describe what the eyes take in from this spectacular oceanfront vantage point.

The living, dining & kitchen areas are on the upper level adjacent to an oceanfront sundeck, and many large picture windows take in the views. The other three bedrooms, two with Queen Beds and one with 2 Twin Bunkbeds are on the ground level along with a full bathroom.
There is also ample room for convenient off street parking for 4 cars.

This is an older home, with the most spectacular view of the ocean and sunsets. It is located on a quiet street with a lot of privacy. There is a trail leading to the beach very close to the home and that trail is great cardio. There were only two of us so, we did not use all the bedrooms that were very nice downstairs. The master bedroom is huge with a fabulous view of the ocean. If you're a cook the kitchen has every type of pot, pan, dishes, bowls etc. that you need. We mostly ate out at the nearby downtown that was within walking distance. This house is a Wow!

All was wonderful. The view alone was amazing. The home is older but it was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Nice quiet street and lovely beach access.
