What a great place! Super clean, beautifully appointed, and in a perfect location - right across the street from Coligny Plaza. The best part? It's right on the beach! If you open the screen door to the balcony, you can hear the ocean whilst lounging on the couch. Excellent for one or two people! Book it! You won't be sorry!

311 Breakers was nice at a glance, but when looking closer, it really needed a deep cleaning. While the amenities of the property were very basic, we decided the view and sound of the beach from the living room made the trade off worth it for us this trip.
