Welcome to the Friesenhof—just one dike away from the North Sea.
The Uttied wing is located in the spa district of Nordstrand within a Frisian farmstead, built in the typical Frisian style as a thatched-roof building with separate wings. With a living area of approximately 90 square meters, Uttied accommodates two to six people and combines peaceful living with generous space.
On the first floor is the spacious living room with separate living and dining areas. Large windows and the patio door let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm, bright atmosphere. From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished, south-facing patio with its own beach chair, which invites you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors.
Also on the first floor is the kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and freezer space. A guest restroom is accessible from the hallway and adds to the home’s comfort.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—as well as a bathroom with a shower. A third bedroom with two single beds is located in the converted attic room, which has an open layout and offers additional space.
A washing machine is also available. The house has a fiber-optic internet connection, making it well-suited for longer stays.
For larger travel groups or friends traveling together, there are additional houses at Friesenhof that offer enough space for all your guests. The houses Am Kurhaus 29f, Ankerplätzchen, Nordwind, Windfang, and Friesenhus Sievers each accommodate five to six people.
Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
