Welcome to Dien to Huus! Your home right on the dike, surrounded by the invigorating climate of the North Sea.
Dien to Huus was built in 1870 and underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2020. The house accommodates up to six people and combines historic charm with modern living comfort. Its unique location right on the outer dike ensures fresh sea air, open spaces, and an unobstructed view of the North Frisian landscape. Your four-legged friends are also warmly welcome here.
The first floor features a spacious living room with an integrated dining area. The bright, open-concept room is characterized by a wooden beam ceiling and hardwood floors, creating a warm, cozy atmosphere. A large couch, a smart TV, and books, games, and informational materials about Nordstrand invite you to spend relaxing hours here. The dining table is placed by the window and offers an unobstructed view of the greenery and the surrounding fields.
The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living area and is fully equipped. A dishwasher, freezer space, and a coffee maker are available, making even longer stays comfortable.
From here, you have direct access to the first bedroom on the first floor, which is furnished with a 160-centimeter-wide double bed.
Also on the first floor are a shower room with a washing machine and a separate guest restroom.
From the hallway, you can access the large, covered, and fully furnished patio as well as the fenced-in, dog-friendly garden. A garden shed provides secure storage for bicycles and e-bikes, which can also be charged there.
An open staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find two spacious bedrooms. One is furnished with two 90-centimeter-wide single beds and offers a beautiful view of the countryside. The second bedroom features a 180-centimeter-wide double bed with a view of the sea and an unobstructed view of the pastures with sheep and lambs.
In front of the house is another small sun terrace, which is ideal for winding down at the end of the day in a peaceful atmosphere. A beach chair is also available.
Bedding and towels can be booked upon request.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
