Welcome to the Friesenhof—just one dike away from the North Sea.
The Windfang wing is located in the spa district of Nordstrand and is part of a historic Friesenhof, built in the traditional Frisian style with a thatched roof. With approximately 90 square meters of living space, Windfang offers plenty of room for up to six people and is particularly well-suited for families or a relaxing stay with friends. A fiber-optic internet connection is also available, adding to the home’s comfort.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living area where the living and dining spaces are harmoniously integrated. Light-colored materials and natural accents characterize the interior design and give the house a calm, cozy atmosphere. Large windows and the patio door let in plenty of natural light and create a welcoming, peaceful ambiance. From here, you have direct access to the south-facing, furnished patio with its own beach chair. A separate guest restroom is accessible from the hallway and adds to the comfort of the first floor.
The kitchen is a separate room and is fully equipped. It offers ample space for daily meal preparation and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a freezer. A washing machine is also available and is particularly convenient for longer stays.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A third bedroom with two additional single beds is located in the converted attic room and offers an extra, pleasantly secluded sleeping area.
Bedding and towels can be booked as an optional extra.
For larger travel groups or friends traveling together, the Friesenhof offers additional houses with enough space for all your guests. The houses Am Kurhaus 29f, Ankerplätzchen, Uttied, Nordwind, and Friesenhus Sievers each accommodate five to six people.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
