This detached vacation home accommodates up to six adults and two children under three years of age, making it ideal for families, friends, or even coworkers who want to combine shared living with plenty of space for privacy. Your four-legged friends are also warmly welcome here. The layout across two floors provides space for different needs and ensures a relaxing stay.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 centimeters and a large closet. This level is complemented by a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window, as well as an utility room with a washing machine.
The spacious living area offers plenty of room for spending time together. On cooler days, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere and makes the room a warm and inviting focal point of the home. From here, you have direct access to the garden with its sun terrace and beach chair, which invites you to relax outdoors.
The bright, open-concept kitchen opens directly onto the sun-drenched bay window room. Large panoramic windows offer views of the surrounding greenery and make the dining area a special place for shared meals. Natural materials and wooden elements emphasize the cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a freezer.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 centimeters and one with two single beds measuring 90 x 200 centimeters. This level is complemented by a cozy living room, another kitchen, and an additional shower room.
The house includes two parking spaces and a bike shed with outlets for charging e-bikes.
