Unwind in North Topsail Beach at this fantastic condo. This cozy one-bedroom retreat features a spacious living room with a sofa bed and two bunk beds, perfect for extra guests or family fun. Stay comfortable year-round with heating, air conditioning, and the stylish built-in electric fireplace for warmth and ambiance. You can freshen up easily with a full bathroom and handy hair dryer. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this tranquil space offers everything you need so just kick back and relax in this calm, stylish retreat. NEWELY RENOVATED….not your average VRBO rental. We live locally and this is also our getaway spot for R&R, offering amazing views from the balcony and a gorgeous stretch of beach for swimming, fishing, and long serene walks. You will find all the comforts of home in our condo as we keep it fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy a beverage on the balcony.
The entire space has been gutted and remodeled…. everything is BRAND NEW! The balcony has a bar top for 2 and two additional Tall Adirondack chairs for viewing the seagulls and maybe even a dolphin sighting…. just walk down the stairwell and step down to one of the most amazing stretches of beach anywhere in the world…. The waves do come right up to the property at high tide….However, you can walk just a few steps past building eight which is directly next to us where you will find an area of Sandy Beach for sunbathing. We do provide the basics for cooking such as salt, pepper, spices, and oil and vinegar…. on the countertop, you will find two jars, one with coffee and one with sugar for your convenience. We live about a half an hour away and enjoy coming to our little beach retreat when it is not rented so you will find here all the comforts of home…. we believe in offering unparalleled hospitality, and all we ask is that you treat our place as if it was your place because after all OUR WAVES ARE NOW YOUR WAVES….ENJOY!!
