Ocean view but only has a beach when tide is out. The condo stayed cool, but never seemed to reduce the humidity level. Beds were good. Not bad for the price paid.

This was the perfect beach getaway! The hosts were amazing at communication and answered any of our questions almost immediately. I would stay here again for sure!

Our trip was great loved North Topsail. The fact the steps at the beach access led straight into the ocean was miss leading from the photo but still okay was only knee deep during low tide. And it was due to wash out. The room the view all great. Will totally stay again..... one last note steps only no elevators fine for us but may not work for others. Our host was amazing quick to answer any questions we had.

This is definitely not a place I'd recommend to friends. It was not cleaned well at all. Floors were dirty, walls dusty, and shower with mold. The refrigerator is old with zero ice maker or even ice trays to make ice. Kitchen utensils... only 2 butter knives in the drawers so that was an issue. The air conditioners are so loud, it disrupts TV watching in the living room. The balcony doors don't lock. Be sure to bring toilet paper, as you get one roll to share. The clogged rain gutters cause water to fall on you if you’re on the balcony. We enjoyed the best we could with what we had but would definitely recommend a preferred host next time. Just my opinion, but when on vacation, it's much nicer to have hosts make conveniences like extra rolls of toilet paper and ice available to renters.
