Overall stay was good had to call to get my check in code after 4pm to get into property had to have cleaning come back due to a few minor house keeping issues. But the house and location was great we enjoyed our time at the house and had a great time. Any issues we had where promptly taken care of with no questions. Overall a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The space was perfect for our family and you can't get much closer to the ocean! The only downfall are all the sandbags right in front, but I knew that already from the other reviews.
I liked getting texts and updates from the realty group and reminders about garbage day. I would definitely book through them again!

From our initial step into the property most everything was as seen in the pictures! Our major complaint was the AC. We did notice that it was hotter than normal upon moving in, but we are frequent beach goers and know that with the door opening and closing that it takes time. We called the company and someone was sent out immediately. We were told that they would fix it the next day. The temperature reached the 80s. They did rig something up and it lasted maybe 12 hours. They never returned to fix it. With the hurricane coming we did decide to leave early, but most because we couldn’t take the heat anymore and didn’t want to be stuck in a house riding out a hurricane with no AC
