North Topsail Beach Vacation Rental w/ Balcony!

It was in a quiet location and the view from the balcony was wonderful.

The beach was only accessible during low tide. When the tide came in the waves were literally covering the steps . There were also large sandbags all along the base of the building to keep the waves from hitting it.

I liked that it was right on the beach and that it was only 10 mins from town. I was able to sit on the balcony with our coffee in the morning and watch the ocean and the people. Our kids loved it, and they all slept on the pull out bed in the couch.

The bedroom was kinda hot with the door closed because of the air conditioner being in the living room. Would recommend putting some black out curtains in the bedroom as well due to the outisude light right outside the window (kinda made it hard to sleep).Also, I would recommend having extra towels and maybe some beach chairs to be able to take down to the beach.

The location was AMAZING, literally second to none! On the last night the water came all the way up to the beach access staircase, I mean it brought new meaning to waterfront! The unit was so clean, everything like new and the beds were crazy comfortable, not to mention that the pillows were firm and didn't disappear when you slept. The balcony was fantastic and being able to see the water from the couch, I mean wow. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was great, I mean the place is just adorable1

The only thing that took adjusting too was the air conditioner in the living room. The bedroom at the other end stayed warmer even with the fan on, while the living room where my 6'2" son slept was understandably frigid.

We loved that we were right on the beach with an amazing view from the balcony. We will definitely book this location again.
