This was our second time staying here and it is perfect for our family. Good amount of outdoor space so kids can still play when we are getting ready or even after a day at the beach. Nicole thinks of everything so you don’t have to bring much, can get away with just clothes and meals. Plenty of spices, oil, etc. We will be back again for sure!

We've stayed an numerous rentals and this was the best stocked home ie coffee, tea, paper products, laundry products...all we needed was our clothes and food. House was clean and provided everything we needed. Although we couldnt enjoy the beach, the location is great and on a quiet dead end st.

Nicole was an incredible host, always responding quickly to any request. Her place is a little gem in North Topsail Beach, just steps away from the warm, clear water. The house offers breathtaking views and was the perfect setting for a wonderful birthday getaway. The peace and beauty of this place are truly special. We even considered gifting days here to our pastor for a serene and beautiful retreat. Highly recommended!
