Coastal Pad 2 Bedroom 1st Floor Condo
Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Two bedroom, two bath first floor condo with ocean views. Beach access from 1st floor of building. This is all you need for a relaxing getaway at the beach. Freshly updated kitchen with new cabinets and quartz countertops. Enjoy cooking dinner on the new stove and an easy clean up with the new dishwasher. Relax in the living room with large wall mount tv with Roku and cable. New LVP floors in main living areas and bathrooms, carpet in bedrooms. Main bedroom with queen size bed and access to balcony.
Topsail Reef Condominium Complex includes 2 coin/debit laundry rooms and 2 barbecue areas with picnic tables. Tennis and basketball courts, corn hole boards are also available for your use at the complex.

Topsail Reef is a condominium complex containing 8 buildings. Each building has 30 condos located on 3 floors. There is no elevator. The complex includes 2 laundry rooms, 2 grilling areas, a tennis court/basketball court which also has corn hole boards.
Across the street is the Tiki Market (a great place to get those last minute needs and ice cream!) and Tiki Bar (enjoy beach volleyball, karaoke night and many other activities.
There is free parking at the condo complex for guests with parking pass.
It's easy to get around the island by car or bike.
There are also many public beach accesses, (Onslow County lots are free and North Topsail Beach and Surf City are paid lots). Please pay attention to signs at each lot for ownership and cost or free.
As you can see by the photos, this condominium complex is located right on the beach/ocean. This means you may not always have beach access directly in front of the building. The tide changes 4 times in a 24 hour period. (and not the same time every day) low to high every 6 hours.
There are also many other things that affect the tide like moon phase, wind direction and storms. Tide schedules are available online as well as in the guest book. If you are looking online you will need to look at the New River Inlet tide schedule.
There is no guarantee that you will have beach access at any given time.
If you would like to go to the beach during a period of high tide, I encourage you to use one of Onslow Co's free beach access lot located nearby.

My sister and I stayed here and really enjoyed it. Unit was on the beach, clean and very comfortable. It was very easy to communicate with the host and all my questions were answered quickly. Would stay again!

Would have been nice to better understand the beach access issues prior to booking.
Master bedroom air conditioner was very loud and effected a good night's rest. Made lots of noise.
