We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only allowed for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide documentation proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.
The studio is designed for two guests and features an open-plan layout with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower. The space has been recently renovated and offers a fresh, modern feel throughout.
The studio is equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and heating, a small refrigerator, and all the essentials for everyday use. The property also includes a washing machine located in an outdoor utility area.
The accommodations are equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee — coffee machine
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of paper towels
- The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use, although the refrigerator is small, not standard size.
- The washer/dryer is located on an outdoor porch.
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.
The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a fine of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded security deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
