The Loft Vela.

This loft, located in the Usera district, was formerly a ballroom dance school.
To get inside, you have to go through my workshop, where I make plastic objects on my 3D printer. The door between my workshop and the loft doesn’t have a lock, but only I have the key to the workshop entrance (and, of course, the future guest).
It’s a ground-floor unit with a huge window that used to be a storefront. It has a one-way mirror system to prevent people from seeing inside from the street, and at night you’ll need to close the curtains for privacy.
The IKEA kitchenette doesn’t have a refrigerator, and ventilation is provided by a fan; since it’s a ground-floor apartment, it tends to be cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
As for the location, it’s in a working-class neighborhood in Usera. It’s quiet at night, but there may be some noise.
It has easy access to downtown by bus, and the nearest metro station is an 8-minute walk away.
