Chauffage super. Emplacement bon. Wifi ok. C’est propre.
Stationnement impossible ou presque. La plupart des propriétaires nous propose des endroits où stationner avant notre arrivée avec les prix ou les gratuits en nous donnant le temps de marche. Il serait bien que ce soit aussi le cas pour celui-ci. 1ère nuit stationnement à 36€ et 2e nuit gratuit, mais à 19 minutes de marche. Près du parc. Le four est hors fonction.

Security, wifi, all basic supplies are presented. The host is very helpful so you can normally communicate with him. I mike that smoking inside is prohibited and they have special designated area. This place is in chinatown of Madrid so u can try great asian food. 15 min walk to metro ,6/78 buses navigating to the center, i recommend to use #6 to travelers.
Several kitchen appliances are desirable , for example : chopping board.
