We welcome you to stay in our beautifully newly renovated ground floor flat, set within an elegant Georgian building on New King Street in the heart of Bath. Stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, this one-bedroom flat is ideal for couples, solo travellers, and business stays looking for a relaxing base in a prime central location.
As you come in, to your right is a gorgeous open plan kitchen, dining and living room with plenty of original features and room to unwind after a busy day of exploring. Our fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities you need too to cook up a storm with local ingredients!
Our comfortable bedroom with a king size bed also provides a peaceful retreat, and the modern bathroom adds a fresh, contemporary finish. Large windows throughout allow natural light to fill the space throughout the day and the recent renovation blends clean modern design with the character of the historic building, creating a space that feels both stylish and homely.

You’ll be staying right in the centre of Bath, a UNESCO-listed city celebrated for its stunning Georgian architecture, rich history, and vibrant cultural scene. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**
