About this house rental
Welcome to my open plan, spacious, luxury home. Newly renovated, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with scenic coastal walking routes, this home is central to the hilbark hotel, the manor and prestige golf clubs like Caldy and The Royal Liverpool, within walking distance from West Kirby.
As you enter the property, you'll see the utility room to the right, with a washing machine available to use.
The front room has a 65" smart TV, and huge U-type couch, fantastic for movie time and unwinding after a long day!
Moving on through the downstairs, you'll enter the heart of the house. This is what makes this air bnb different. The huge open plan kitchen diner, has everything you need to whip up some lovely home cooked meals. Appliances include, 2 ovens, with the 2nd doubling up as a microwave, 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, electric induction hob and an instant hot water tap, which saves you waiting for the kettle to boil in the morning for that first tea/coffee of the day to get you started! The quartz worktops provide excellent service space and easy maintenance for the Chef!
Turning around, you'll notice more seating areas, and another huge 60" smart TV. Fantastic to help the chef have some background music/TV on whilst the rest of the guests relax in the front room!
The bifolds are a 3 and 1 conficonfiguration. The right hand side door opens solely, enabling you to open the other 3 to the left on a lovely warm summers day, To extend the hosting from inside to out.
Moving upstairs, there is 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with recessed blinds, as well as blackout curtains for your preference. In addition, all mattresses have a mattress topper for extra comfort to help with that brilliant nights sleep.

Features a double bed, generous space, bedside tables with side lights and storage.
Bedroom 2
Features a double bed, the smaller of the 3, with 1 bedside table and sidelight.
Lastly upstairs, is the bathroom. Equipped with a walk in shower, as well as a separated bath, the choice is yours! The bathroom has an extractor fan which turns on when the main light is switched on. The fully tiled bathroom gives an amazing luxury hotel-setting, in your home from home!

The rear garden is fantastic, joining the inside of the rear extension to the garden by opening the bifolds, there are 2 external power sockets, lighting and seating area outside.
