This one-bedroom apartment sits close to all of it: the waterfront, the arch, the buzz of downtown - yet quiet enough that rest actually comes easy here.

Step inside and the space settles around you - natural textures, industrial-inspired touches, and enough room that it never feels cramped. The TV and Wi-Fi keep you connected on your terms, and a dedicated workspace means you can chip away at emails between excursions without leaving the apartment. When the mood is slower, board games are on hand, and there are children's books and toys for ages 2-5 years old if you're traveling with little ones.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom accommodates 2 guests with 1 bed, made up with fresh bed linens. A closet, hangers, a safe, and an iron round out the room - the kind of practical touches that make a stay feel settled rather than temporary.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is properly equipped for cooking: stove, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and blender, plus cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. Coffee is provided, so mornings don't require a detour. When the evening calls for it, take dinner outside to the outdoor dining area and fire up the BBQ grill - a small ritual that fits perfectly under a Cabo sky.

Free parking is available in the garage on premises, as well as on the street. An elevator makes arrivals with luggage straightforward. Self check-in via keypad means no coordinating arrival windows. Exterior security cameras cover the condominium hallways, and a first aid kit is on-site.

Downtown Cabo San Lucas - the marina, beaches, restaurants, and nightlife - is approximately five minutes away by car. Near enough to step into whenever the mood strikes; far enough that the apartment stays genuinely quiet when you need it to.
Guest Access:
**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the third floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

Refuigo Raices is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas so the community surrounding the department offers a variety of services, you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, shopping malls, social squares, batting area, port and main beach of the city.
At nightfall, the community is full of life through its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and canteens with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.
Getting Around:
To get around this city we recommend walking since the apartment is located a few blocks from the Cabo San Lucas marina, for long distances we recommend using Uber or car rental, if you require car rental we can recommend the best prices
