The Space:
Cabo San Lucas has a way of pulling you in from the moment you arrive - the salt air, the colour, the Pacific light bouncing off everything at once. This one-bedroom apartment puts you right in the middle of it, in the heart of downtown, with a private balcony framing city skyline views, a rooftop pool above, and the ocean not far beyond. It's the kind of base that works just as well for slow mornings as it does for late nights.
Living space
The apartment is bright and open, with large windows that draw natural light through the interior all day long. An AC split-type ductless system keeps the Cabo heat at bay, while room-darkening shades let you sleep in undisturbed. A safe, iron, mosquito net, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide alarm are all in place. Exterior security cameras are located in the parking garage, near the building entrance, and in shared spaces such as the elevator - there are no cameras inside the apartment.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 beds, made up with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Clothing storage is well covered - closet, wardrobe, and dresser all available. Essentials and hangers are provided, and cleaning products are stocked throughout.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. An outdoor shower is also on hand - ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

An induction stove, stainless steel double oven, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave cover the cooking essentials, while a Keurig coffee machine, blender, wine glasses, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware take care of the rest. Guest Access:
**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the fifth floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

Maison Alizee is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas so the community surrounding the condo offers a variety of services, you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, shopping malls, social spaces, marina and the beach all at walking distance.
At nightfall, the community is full of life through its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and canteens with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.
Getting Around:
To get around this city we recommend walking since the apartment is located a few blocks from the Cabo San Lucas marina, for long distances we recommend using Uber or car rental, if you require car rental we can recommend the best prices
