About this apartment rental
BRAND NEW CABO CONDO! PANORAMIC CITY, MOUNTAIN and SUNSET VIEWS at this NEW resort style residential community called MIRO LOS CABOS. This 3rd floor unit has 2 bedrooms both with new king beds and private balconies, 2 baths, washer and dryer and air conditioning and community heated pool. It’s a 5 minute Uber ride to the famous Cabo marina, restaurants, mall, shopping & nightlife. Great value in paradise at the Casa Trombi.

-Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. Upon arrival our property manager, Juan Blanco, will meet you at the unit, assist carrying luggage and groceries up the stairs (we are on the 3rd floor – no elevator, thanks for tipping him!) and orient you to our condo and the Miro Los Cabos complex. He is available during your stay for any emergencies or questions about the condo. We are in the city therefore we do have at times city sounds during the day.
- For longer stays: Extra cleans are is required midstay and we only provide an initial stock of supplies and consumables. The final clean is $199 for longer stays.
We are on Via de Lerry, only a 5 minute Uber ride to the Cabo Marina. This palm tree lined street is very safe. You can hike the hills across the street with amazing views of the Cabo Marina, the Pacific ocean and Lands End!
You can Uber everywhere in town and even to San Jose for very cheap. Or take a taxi. Once you book we will send you our Property Manager's contact information. Uber is not allowed to pick up from the airport. He has reliable transportation from the airport to the condo he can recommend if you are not renting a car. If you do rent a car we have a dedicated parking space in our underground parking. Therefore I highly recommend contacting our property manager Juan Blanco. No parties or gatherings are allowed in the condo or pool area. Quite hours are from 10pm to 9am.

The location of the condo was excellent and in a nice area.
The condo itself was beautiful with everything that you need for a relaxing vacation.
Every room had it own balcony.
I would definitely stay in that condo again.

While you definitely need a vehicle unless you want to Uber everywhere, this condo is beautiful. Being on the top floor means no noise from above, and a beautiful view across the city.
About 5-7 minutes drive to the famous Cabo Marina, easy drive to convenient shopping at Walmart and Costco, great local restaurants a few short minutes away. There’s a parking spot available, which is perfect for the rental car. Easy check-in / check-out process, with extremely helpful & friendly property managers.
The owner, Bob, was very understanding & helpful when we ran into a problem (nothing worse than the airline you’re booked with serving strike notice while you’re away!). We weren’t sure we’d be able to check out on time, and it was a huge relief for us to be told we could have extended days if necessary. We also requested to check out late because our flight changes forced us to fly later - we were accommodated without issue.
I can highly recommend this property, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Condo and Pool very nice

We had a very relaxing time in this condominium. Beautiful place. Easy to connect with owner Bob and the property management, Juan and Salvatore. At the airport, the property management arranged our transportation to the condo with a stop at a grocery store to pick up a few items. Great service. Location; we brought our miniature schnauzer with us, walking around the neighborhood was fine but lots of traffic on the main road with many large stray dogs. We took Uber everywhere; to the beach, to the marina and downtown they are excellent and inexpensive. We would definitely return and stay at the same place but would rent a car at the airport to have the flexibility to explore. All in all a great place!
