Cabo San Lucas has a way of pulling you out onto the balcony before you've even had your first coffee. From up here, the city unfolds in rooftops and swaying palms, with the distant marina catching the morning light. This one-bedroom condo sits at the center of it all - walking distance to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel like your own quiet corner of the city.
Living space
The layout is refreshingly simple - a single level with no stairs and no split floors, just an easy flow between the living area, kitchen, and bedroom. A split-type ductless AC system keeps things cool during the midday heat, while room-darkening shades let you dial in exactly as much light as you want. When you'd rather stay in, a TV, books and reading material, and exercise equipment give you every reason to do just that.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom accommodates 4 guests across 2 beds. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is ready for you - bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, a mosquito net, and an iron. The 1.5 bathrooms are stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchenette is built for real meals, not just reheating. A refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender are all at your disposal, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. **ATTENTION: This condo is located on the second floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

This Condo is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas so the community surrounding the condo offers a variety of services, you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, shopping malls, social spaces, marina and the beach all at walking distance.
At nightfall, the community is full of life through its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and canteens with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.
Getting Around:
To get around this city we recommend walking since the apartment is located a few blocks from the Cabo San Lucas marina, for long distances we recommend using Uber or car rental, if you require car rental we can recommend the best prices
Other Things to Note:
The guests may experience occasional light construction noise in the hallway or in the garage.
