The Space:

This one-bedroom condo sits in the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas, and from the moment you arrive, the city is already at your door: the harbor a short walk away, the beach close enough to plan around, and three private balconies ready to pull the outdoors in before you've even unpacked.

 

The space

Inside, the living and dining area is open and well-lit, with large windows that keep the interior connected to the energy outside. The layout moves naturally between rooms and out to the balconies - three of them, each offering a slightly different perspective on downtown Cabo and the marine environment that defines this corner of the city. One is well-suited for a slow start with coffee in hand; another catches the afternoon light as the harbor shifts color; all three are furnished and ready to use whenever the mood takes you.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is set up for proper rest - a king-size bed anchors the room, room-darkening shades keep the morning light at bay for as long as you need, and direct balcony access makes it easy to step outside the moment you're ready. A safe, hangers, a closet, and extra pillows and blankets keep everything organized and within reach.

 

Outdoor living

The three furnished balconies extend well into an outdoor dining area, giving you room to eat outside, unwind, and watch the evening come in at its own pace. The BBQ grill is available when you want to cook outdoors, and the outdoor pool is close by when the afternoon heat calls for a reset. An outdoor shower makes the return from the beach easy, and a complete set of beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - means a day by the water takes almost no preparation.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for everything from a quick breakfast to a full meal. A refrigerator, oven, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a blender, and a drip coffee maker are all in place. Coffee is provided, so your first morning gets started without a detour. The dining table is a comfortable spot to gather before heading out or settle in at the end of the day.

The building has an elevator, and parking is straightforward - a free garage on premises and free street parking are both available. **ATTENTION: This condo is located on the third floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

Sol Marino is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas so the community surrounding the apartment offers a great diversity of services , you can find from restaurants , cafes , bars , museum , shopping malls , social plazas , batting area , harbor and main beach of the city .

At nightfall the community is full of life in its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and cantinas with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.



Getting Around:

To get around this city we recommend walking as the apartment is located a few blocks from the marina of Cabo San Lucas, for long distances we recommend the use of Uber or car rental, in case you need a rental car we can recommend the best prices.
