CONVENIENCE
For longer stays (8+ days), we will be offering a light service and linen/towel change on a complementary basis: twice weekly during season (Dec-Feb), otherwise weekly. We will schedule this with you for a time that is convenient.
Superfast internet is always available. For those working remotely, the main bedroom has a full-size desk, with the living room offering the possibility of a second workspace.
A secure basement parking bay is included, with an elevator for quick access.
Emergency lighting is available in all rooms with an EcoFlow back-up system powering Wi-Fi and TV in the event of loadshedding.
SUSTAINABILITY
Our apartments are furnished as far as possible with local and sustainable artisanal products. We take pride in equipping our staff to take part in the Cape's vibrant tourism sector. Energy and water efficiency measures have been taken to manage environmental footprint.
Guest Access:
Guests will have pedestrian access to the building via Kloof Street and the basement. The building is secured with biometric security, and the apartment is secured with an electronic smart lock.
Your unit is on the same floor as the amazing communal rooftop pool.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a popular leafy residential area on the border of Fresnaye and upper Sea Point.
Just a block away, you will find Sea Point’s legendary dining scene, offering a kaleidoscope of dining options. Venturing a few steps further, find Saunders beach, the promenade, and top grocery stores - all less than 1km away.
If it’s relaxation you’re after, wind your way along Kloof Road, slipping down to Clifton or Camps Bay sandy beaches on the Atlantic millionaire’s mile just a 5-10 minute drive away.
Getting Around:
There is off street and on street parking available. Ubers are readily available at most times, and there are several bus routes nearby. A MyCiti bus stop is about 50m away.

BOOKING POLICY
We reserve the right to decline booking requests from guests with ratings below 5*. This is to ensure excellent accommodation experiences for future guests and comply with building regulations.
Kindly note that we do not accept third party bookings without prior consent in writing. We will request identity information for third parties and may request guest verification.
We cannot accommodate children under 6 at this property since balconies are a risk to young children.
DATA SHARING AND PROTECTION
To ensure the safety and security of guests, we will require some information from you, including a copy of your ID or passport. Please contact us for details on our data protection and privacy approach. We will gladly explain how we keep your information safe.
RULES
Smoking is not allowed anywhere at this property. Guests contravening this rule will be fined R5,000 and be liable for any additional cleaning and repair costs incurred.
We reserve the right to immediately cancel reservations of guests breaking our house rules, including smoking, holding parties, overcrowding our property, or behaving disrespectfully towards our staff. In this case, guests will forfeit payment for unused nights.
ANIMALS
Some residents in the complex keep pets, however they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.
