The apartment has a full width south facing balcony, with spectacular sea views from all rooms and gets the sun from early morning to late evening. You can pop down to grab a pint at the local pub, explore the restaurants, or catch a show at the theatre. The beach is just 50 metres away, so morning dips or evening strolls whilst watching the sunset are a given. When you fancy exploring further, Paignton Sands (2.5 miles) has beachside attractions, restaurants and cafe's, while Meadfoot Beach (2 miles) feels a bit more tucked away and peaceful. Avid stompers will love the craggy nature of the South West Coast Path, where you can wander for miles with jaw-dropping sea views. Those seeking a little more adventure can hop on the Western Lady ferry and spend the day poking around Brixham (8 miles) with its delightful harbour and thriving fishing community or captivating Dartmouth (10.5 miles) which can also be visited using the famous Steam Railway departing from Paignton Station.
