Recently refurbished to a very high standard, 7 Bayview sits within Vernon Court and boasts a light-filled, bright and airy interior as well as an exceptional position above Abbey Sands, and with far reaching views on display from nearly every room, you'll feel truly relaxed from the moment you set foot inside.
Awash with stylish furnishings and contemporary features, this two-bedroom apartment has a master en-suite and a family bathroom, an open plan living / dining / kitchen area which opens out to the balcony, and a small, private-use terrace with furniture and sea views. Whip up family feasts together or put your feet up and simply enjoy the view, and if you fancy popping down to Torquay for a wander around the shops or a day on the beach, the palm-tree lined seafront is just a short walk down Rock Walk which lies alongside the building.
Tastefully styled and very well-equipped guests can expect to find plush and sumptuous beds, modern bathrooms with good quality fixtures, and a high spec kitchen with built-in appliances and a wine cooler. Both bedrooms open out on to a sea-facing balcony, so if you like to enjoy your morning coffee with a view, this is the perfect spot.
Torquay is home to many good restaurants including Pier Point which overlooks the Marina, and Bistro Pierre which sits on the promenade, so if you're planning on eating out during your stay, you're just a few minutes' walk from a host of great options. The harbour is also within easy reach on foot and here you can hop aboard a ferry and enjoy a day out in the famous fishing town of Brixham.
For guest’s safety, the Vernon Court building has security cameras in the communal areas which include the main entrance and corridors. Guests will have full privacy when using the property though, as none of the cameras point into the actual property.

We had a lovely holiday in Torquay the appartment was really lovely,spotlessly clean and with everything that you would need.Dean was the perfect host nothing was too much trouble.This was our second visit to the Bayview appartments and we will be booking again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed bayview. It had everything to offer. Comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Stunning views.
We were booked in for a week. Parking is on the road. But the Torquay music festival was on which was an added bonus. But parking was an issue if we had to go out.. I would highly recommend this apartment as it is a short drive to any location.
Dean our rep was very professional, he was at the end of the phone when I needed him.

We had a lovely stay at Bayview apartments.
The property had the most incredible views from all rooms. The living room / dining kitchen was perfect for us all to spend time together and take the in the scenery. Thank you to Dean for checking in with us and making sure our stay went well.
