This delightful property is nestled in a peaceful position in the heart of The Kintyre Peninsula. 3 miles from Campbeltown with a variety of shops, a leisure centre, a cinema, bars and restaurants. Machrihanish Beach offers stunning views with golden sands and is popular for surfing. Play a round of golf at the Machrihanish Golf Club, famous for its challenging course and breath-taking coastal scenery. Visit Springbank Distillery and sample some world-renowned Scotch whisky. Glen Scotia Distillery is another historic distillery offering tours and tastings, giving insights into the whisky-making process. Enjoy the beautiful sandy beach at Carradale Bay for a relaxing day with a picnic, or a refreshing swim. Visit the nearby ruins of Saddell Abbey and the historic Castle, offering insights into the region's medieval past. Take a day trip to the captivating Island of Gigha, with sandy beaches and clear turquoise seas, stunning views and amazing sunsets, all within 20 miles.


Step inside this luxurious home into the hall through to the delightful kitchen/diner, where you will find a dining area perfect for sharing a family meal. The modern, spacious kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. Next is the spacious family lounge, relax on the comfortable sofas and watch a movie on the Smart TV. On chilly evenings, cosy up in front of the wood burner after a day spent exploring the beautiful surroundings. The hallway from the lounge leads you to the second lounge area with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, this room is perfect for sitting back and enjoying a good book. Across the hall is a king-size bedroom overlooking the garden and rolling countryside, and there is also a downstairs bathroom. Heading up the stairs you have two light and bright bedrooms: one family room with a super-king-size (which can be made into singles on request) and one single bed, and one king-size bedroom. A family shower room is off the landing. Heading back to the main entrance hallway which has a utility area with a washer/dryer, the second stairway here leads you to the upstairs lounge area with a comfy sofa where you can watch a movie on the Smart TV or play games on the Nintendo Switch. There is also a mini basketball hoop and football table. There is a shower room and a spacious twin room (which can be made into super-king-size on request). This area is great for kids and teenagers within the group who want to have their own space away from the adults.


The garden can be accessed by the main entrance where you park the cars, the front hallway leads you to the front garden which is mainly laid to lawn where children can play. The door from the kitchen leads you to a patio area with seating and wonderful views across the rolling countryside.
