Beneath the traditional stonework exterior, you’ll find a haven of rustic charm in the spacious kitchen that welcomes you into this hideaway, featuring charming country cottage style décor reminiscent of times past, with brand new oak worktops. . Brimming with period features including beautiful, exposed ceiling beams, the open-plan lounge/diner at the heart of this home-away-from-home boasts a wonderfully warm and cosy ambience that invites tired travellers to unwind and dine with loved ones long into the evening. The shower room on this level provides everything you need to feel refreshed. Upstairs, from the landing, you’ll find a charming small hobbit's door (mind your head) leading out to the elevated, enclosed garden, a truly unique addition. You’ll also find three bedrooms upstairs, one king-size, one double and one bedroom boasting an adult-sized bunk bed, each featuring beautiful views of the Conwy Valley. There’s also a family bathroom on this level.
Enjoying far-reaching views over the chimney tops and across the Conwy Valley towards Eryri, the enclosed, tiered, lawned garden boasts a lovely patio terrace and provides the perfect peaceful spot to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. There is private parking for one car, either under the carport for small cars or in front of the cottage for larger cars, with one additional on-street parking space in front of the cottage, subject to availability.

- Enclosed elevated garden to the rear of the property with tiered lawn and patio terrace accessed via external stairs from the back gate or through a small hobbit’s door on the hallway from the second floor
- Private parking for 1 car (either under the carport for small cars, or in front of the cottage for larger cars) with 1 additional on-street parking space in front of the cottage, subject to availability
- Shop 6 miles, pub 100 metres, beach 10 miles
