Set in a peaceful riverside position on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, this beautifully presented three bedroom detached holiday home offers a relaxing and scenic base for exploring North Wales. Overlooking the River Conwy, the property enjoys breathtaking views across the surrounding Welsh mountains and countryside, creating a setting that feels calm, private and special.
The location is ideal for discovering everything the area has to offer. From mountain walks and outdoor adventures to coastal days out and village visits, there is something for everyone close by. Despite the tranquil setting, popular attractions, beaches and seaside towns are all within easy reach by car.
Perfect for families, the house benefits from off street parking for two to three cars, is pet friendly, and is well set up for comfortable holiday living. Central heating, Wi Fi, bedding, towels and a fully equipped kitchen are all provided. The kitchen also features a new Nespresso coffee machine, with a small supply of pods included to get your stay off to a relaxed start.
On the ground floor, a modern kitchen with underfloor heating and breakfast bar provides a bright and sociable space for mornings and meal preparation. A spacious and welcoming living room offers a cosy place to unwind, with a large Smart TV, Sky Q and a PlayStation. This leads through to a light filled dining conservatory, where doors open directly onto the private enclosed garden.
Outside, landscaped decking and seating areas overlook the River Conwy, making it a lovely spot for outdoor dining, evening drinks or simply sitting back and watching the river flow past in peaceful surroundings. The enclosed garden offers privacy and reassurance for families and dog owners.
Also on the ground floor is a separate WC and a utility area with a combined washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms are thoughtfully presented. The master bedroom features a super king size bed and a private balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying the river and countryside views. A second super king bedroom looks out over the garden, while the twin bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests. All bedrooms include Smart TVs with Sky Q. The family bathroom includes a bath, separate shower, WC and even a TV, adding an extra touch of comfort.

This is actually the best view and the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in in England . There is everything you will need in this loverly home

We found the seating very uncomfortable much too low to the ground too laid back.not as good as the picture portrays. Had to bring the conservatory chairs in for a bit of comfort.Bedroom radiator very very noisy . Bed was very comfortable and cosy.
Would not stay here again simply because of the uncomfortable chairs.
