The flat was spacious, immaculately clean, warm and welcoming. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had a really calming vibe.
Overall the experience was exceptional. So these points are purely nit-picking. The TV felt far too high on the wall, making it quite uncomfortable to view. Also the rear automatic light didn't seem to have an override, and did interrupt the sleeper in the back bedroom, on the first night.

A house book with a few notes about recycling, WiFi, local recommendations would be helpful on arrival.

Super clean, fab location with nice views from the bedrooms, facilities and layout all very good. Beds are firm but comfy. Kitchen was adequately stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and glasses. Washing up liquid and sponge was provided.
Pillows are all very hard with no variation, and quite hard on delicate necks, bring your own! Living room couch was adequate for 4 guests, 6 would be tight. Parking is really difficult to nigh on impossible on the street, but there are pay car parks around town. Would have been nice to provide bin bags, paper kitchen roll and dish washer soap tabs.
