A last minute stay in a cosy, clean and well laid out cottage with plenty of amenities.

Our previous accommodation let us down, we managed to book this on the spot. Had a chat with the owner 5 minutes later and got access to the property. It was well laid out, light, airy and clean.

Fabulous property and fabulous place for holiday.

Location brilliant , everything really about property.

Only down side to where the property was situated was parking facilities were very tight, especially if you did not want damage to your car or if you had a big car you would have been struggling. I had to park about 10mins walk away.

The house was beautiful and in a very central location in Conwy. The owner left some bread, milk, tea bags and prosecco which waa very well received. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay for my friends & I over Conwy pirate weekend. The host Sarah was great & really helped out when we wanted to stay an extra night. The house itself was lovely and clean, and Sarah had left us a fair few extra bits in the fridge too, which was super thoughtful and appreciated. Thanks very much 10/10 would stay again.

Really comfortable house in the middle of Conwy we could not have asked for anything more. The welcome basket of goodies was brilliant and excellent communication from the owner. In the middle of town the house is close to pubs and restaurants.

Wonderful holiday let in Conwy

The house was immaculate with very comfortable settees, a lovely dining table, a kitchen fully equipped with everything one would need. Sarah was there to greet us and a very lovely lady she was too. The beds were so comfortable we slept solidly. The views from the bedrooms were again superb and we loved the attic room and the window opened up to further poke your head out listen to the birds and watch the sunset. The Cul de Sac was really quiet and once we were parked up we decided to leave the car and make other transport arrangements walking a lot to places we hadn't visited before. The house is situated in the heart of Conwy so it was only a minute or so from the bars, restaurants and shops. All in all this was probably one of the best holiday let's we have ever stayed in over the near 30 years we have been together. The welcome pack that Sarah left was absolutely top quality and incredibly generous. We would like to thank her for her kindness and making us so happy over the time we were there.

Communication with my host was exceptional. She was very prompt at replying and giving advice on restaurants, parking even holding a parking space for me. The house is right in the centre of town but on a very quiet terrace. We had everything in the house we needed so travel was easy and the house is immaculate and very stylish. The beds are so comfortable. A lovely selection of food essentials too As a family of 4 we had a great weekend away. Highly recommended

The property is absolutely beautiful. Decor is like a show home and very clean throughout. When we arrived there was all the essential food items plus a few extra treats which were very welcome!

Everything there was nothing I didn’t like 😍 It is exceptionally clean - everything is brand new Very tastefully furnished The beds were really comfy with quality quilts pillows bedding and towels All kitchen appliances crockery etc new Nice small outside area

The cottage is described as no parking although we did get to park outside the cottage for free - it’s very tight otherwise there is daily/nightly parking for £5.25 Which is very reasonable
