About this villa rental
The design and layout of this house blend perfectly into the landscape. Spacious terraces alternate with the rest of the outdoor area. Behind the house is a large hot tub that invites you to relax amid a striking rock formation. From the upper level of the house, you have a wonderful view of the nearby Porto Sa Ruxi bay and the coastal landscape of southeastern Sardinia.
Although the interior of the house is also beautifully designed, it is the diverse outdoor area that makes this house truly special. A large, covered terrace in front of the kitchen is the perfect outdoor dining area; a small lounge corner in front of the living room serves as a retreat for bookworms; and the terrace area next to and behind the house offers space for sunbathers who love the Jacuzzi.
The residential area features a swimming pool reserved exclusively for residents, and the path to the beach leads through a short tunnel and takes about five minutes to reach the beautiful sandy cove of Porto sa Ruxi.

You enter the house via the lower, covered terrace and arrive in the large kitchen, from which you can access both the staircase leading to the first floor and the passageway to the living room.
