This home is perfect for entertaining and enjoying an amazing beach vacation with your friends and family in beautiful LBI. Beach chairs, pool toys, sand toys and board games are included to keep you entertained.
Enjoy reverse living as the 3rd floor of the beach house offers a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and shaker cabinets with quartz counters and an island. As you enter the family room/entertaining area you will be greeted with comfy seating near the 70" TV and a double sided fireplace. The kitchen has a large island and is open to a dining space, with access to a large deck that is perfect for family/group dinners. The outdoor covered deck extends the living space. This floor offers a half bath and the master king bedroom with walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The master bath is large and spacious with a shower and double sink. From this level, you can take stairs up to access the rooftop deck with beautiful sunset views over the bay.
