Tucked just one block away from the enchanting ocean and a mere 2.5-block walk to the serene bay and the bay beach, our property sets the stage for a diverse range of gatherings. Whether it's family reunions, wedding parties, or sports teams, please be aware that we are unable to accommodate prom or underage groups, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
This 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom residence comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests in beds, The property offers three expansive levels of fully furnished living spaces, each featuring a separate living/TV room for added convenience. Among the six bathrooms, four have been tastefully retiled in 2022/23.
The state-of-the-art kitchen on the third floor is perfect for culinary enthusiasts, equipped with brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher and stove. Outdoor cooking is made easy with the new Weber gas grill on the deck, while a kitchenette on the first floor adds to your convenience.
Entertainment options are abundant, with 10 flat-screen TVs distributed throughout the home. Step out onto the delightful second and third-level decks to relish the picturesque views of charming Surf City. The property also boasts three fireplaces, one on each level, infusing your stay with warmth and comfort.
Ceramic tile flooring graces the entire residence, and a rooftop deck unveils breathtaking panoramas of both the bay and the ocean. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, a spacious garage, and central air conditioning, with separate controls on every floor.
The private yard offers a tranquil escape, while off-street parking accommodates up to 6 vehicles. You'll find that a car is hardly necessary during your stay, as the property is conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach, shops, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, bagel stores, delis, butchers, and even a mini-golf course.
Conveniently located near the bridge, you'll enjoy effortless access to and from the island. To enhance your stay, we provide bed linens, comforters, bath towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our change service ensures freshly laundered sheets and a pristine environment for each new tenant. We kindly request that you wash and put away bath towels before your departure.
Please note that we do not supply beach chairs or paper/soap products (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.), but we do offer beach badges for your convenience. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets.

Overall, this stay was good. The location is extremely convenient, 1 block away from the beach and near many restaurants and stores. The property itself was prime: so many bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 kitchens, rooftop area, firepit, large driveway. Plenty of seating and areas to gather. The couches were very comfortable. Jennifer is a great communicator as a host. She is quick to reply and accommodating. We really appreciated this throughout the booking and stay. Our biggest irk about this property is that there were so many little amenities that weren't provided and so many requirements for checking out. No toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap, beds weren't made. Had to throw out all the trash and vacuum and wash the provided towels and put away and put all the dishes away... It really made us question why there was even a cleaning fee applied.

Excellent location. Very spacious. Lots of comfortable sitting areas. Several outdoor terraces. Well equipped. Special surprise was a ping pong table which came in very handy during bad weather days.

This was the best way to celebrate my father in law’s 90th birthday. We had 14 people overall. All 4 of his children and 3 of 6 grandchildren. The house with its 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and one awesome roof top deck was spectacular. One block from the beach and so close to so many things. The two kitchens plus the various decks and ample space provided everyone with a space for games, solace and entertainment. We all, especially my father in law had a terrific experience. Jennifer was super responsive at all times. 1000% of awesomeness.

The property was very spacious with large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and gathering areas on each floor. We loved the roof deck especially, and everything was as described with no surprises. Several people in my party said they would remember this house for potential future reunions with their own extended families.
