About this house rental
A short 2 block walk to a pristine beach and bay. The bay beach is perfect for children as it includes a fenced in lifeguard swimm area, gazebo, playground and bathroom facilities with shower. The bay also provides a perfect spot to launch paddle boards and kayaks. Walk a block down to find the perfect spot for fishing off the dock and picture perfect sunsets.
Our home is perfect for large families, wedding stays and gatherings for a wonderful beach vacation. Living room is located in the front of the house that leads into a fully equipped large eat in kitchen with granite counter tops, central island, multiple work stations and seating for 18+. Laundry/mudroom located off kitchen with extra refrigerator and half bath. Two bedrooms on the ground floor share a full bath. Six bedrooms upstairs with 2 1/2 baths. Additional sitting room located upstairs.
Outdoor area includes dining set, fire pit seating, front porch and front balcony gathering spots.
Several of our favorite restaurants within walking distance; Raimondo's, Zen's, Arlington, Russo's, La Spiaggi and LBI Hotel to name a few.
The country market for bread and pies and WaWa's for coffee and sandwiches are very convenient.
Local fisheries and bait shops within a few blocks.
Nearby apparel shops include Ron Jon's and B&B. Two nail salons and the LBI Hotel spa can provide a special vacation treat!

Beautiful house with the bay and ocean beaches just a few minute walk away. The house was spotless. Had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable. Mary was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Check in and out was a breeze. I recommend this house for anyone that would like a family vacation on LBI. The property was amazing. Must I say being there vs the picture is a total difference. The picture are an understatement. Yes going off of the pictures I still decided to book the property but actually walking into the house, the photos are only the cover of the book, you’ll be happy to get in and read what’s inside. This house was more than enough. Very spacious, the neighbors are friendly and the house has everything you may need. The house was able to accommodate all of the guest and more than enough beds to sleep comfortable, place to eat, and the entirety alone was just great. I highly recommend this house if you are looking to book a large group. The host was amazing and accurate with responses and truly helpful when needed. Overall this was one of the best and affordable properties I’ve ever booked. We got our bang for our buck!! Thank you! P.S there’s even a hoop to shoot around on outside. We played many games of horse and the neighbors were delightful lol.
