About this house rental
Looking for the perfect beach house in the heart of LBI? Well here it is!
3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, central air conditioning, an outside shower with a changing area, and a new outdoor deck. The outdoor patio on the side of the house can be used for your morning coffee and the deck in the front of the house for cocktails during sunset. There are 5 outdoor spaces to relax during your stay. The garage is a huge game room (ping pong table, connect four, darts, corn-hole, horseshoe, and Kam Jam) that can be used rain or shine. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. We have 2 living rooms where 1 room has a pull-out queen size couch.
Very short walk to the beach (12 houses) and 2 blocks to the bay. There is a traffic light to simplify crossing of the boulevard. You can park 4 cars and walk to many attractions that the town of Ship Bottom has to offer. These attractions include white sandy beaches, a bay beach, two playgrounds, dock for fishing, restaurants, bagel-shop, mini golf and free weekly concerts at the Waterfront Park which is right down our street.
New furniture, Central air condition/ heat, hardwood floors, 3 smart TVs, outdoor shower, Gas grill, paver patio and fence. 4 beach badges included and 6 beach chairs +umbrella. New Vinyl Deck and roof top deck.

We were so pleased with the layout of the house. Plenty of room for all. Close to shopping and beach. We loved the deck!! We used the yard to barbecue and ate outside. Loved the big open kitchen with family room. The kids loved the game room. Beaches were beautiful.. spacious and quiet. A fifteen minute walk to the bay with beautiful views of the sunset. We had an awesome week!! Would definitely come back!

The property was a last-minute find and I could not have been more pleased as I was almost without a shore house for our planned family vacation. The owner was there to introduce herself day of check-in where I received a very thorough tour. We picked a very hot week so the central air was a blessing. The ground level area is great, especially if you have a bunch of kids that need to be entertained, there's ping pong, cornhole,tv, couches to lounge on. We enjoyed our week and look forward to coming back again.

We loved having room to put or bikes and kayaks in the garage or fenced in area. The outdoor areas had plenty of room for eating or just relaxing. We felt the location was perfect for walking to the beach and bay. We also enjoyed being in the middle of LBI to access both the lighthouse and the main shopping/eating locations. I would return to the house and stay again! The house was just perfect for our group of 8 and we had plenty of room.
