About this house rental

Pet friendly. Surf City Home with a salt water Pool! One off the ocean. Two Master Bedrooms. Five Bedrooms/Four Baths, Several Decks with Ocean Views! Corner property on Ocean Terrace, just across from the Beach.



Tenant has use of Garage and Bikes, but if a Bike is damaged or lost, tenant will be responsible to replace. Please bring your own linens, blankets, pillows, and towels, or go to www.sand-bucket.com for rentals of these items, 6 beach badges are provided as a courtesy by the owner. Be sure to leave them at the house upon departure.
