About this house rental
Beautiful new construction on ocean block in family-friendly Surf City. Enjoy the spacious outside deck with large dining table and sectional, heated pool, outdoor shower and multiple indoor and outdoor lounge areas. The elevator can bring you from the ground floor to every living floor. It has 5 bedrooms (all with TVs), including two master suites, plus a large "rec room" with 3 sets of bunk beds and hang out space, including sofas, large TV, ping pong table and foosball. The fully stocked, open chef's kitchen includes an over-sized island and dining table that seats 15 comfortably along with a wet bar. There is plenty of space to relax - whether it be on the large sectional in the living room, the den, rec room, spacious deck off the kitchen,several balconies with water views, or the expansive, full-size roof deck. This house easily sleeps 16+ and is ideal for a large family (or multiple families) to spend a casual week at the beach or to celebrate a significant anniversary, birthday or other life event. Located just steps from the beach and close to everything you could need: directly across from How You Brewin' coffee shop and walking distance to many bars/restaurants, Surf City Hotel, shops, activities (yoga, mini golf, etc...) and perfectly situated to allow for easy access on and off the island.

The house and property were perfect for our long weekend 90th Birthday celebration. Plenty of space, bedrooms, baths and amenities for our big crowd. The house is beautiful, even better in person than the pics! Immaculate upon check in, still smells like a brand new house. One of the great grandchildren took his first swim in the heated pool! Close to everything you need on the Island. Molly was great to deal with throughout the process. Thanks!

My family and I had such a pleasant stay at this home. The owner was very pleasant and responded quickly to questions and requests. The close proximity to the beach made for an easy walk for the little ones. Garage had chairs, umbrellas, carts and beach toys.
The kitchen was spacious, modern and well equipped for our family meals and our party of 16 was able to dine together. The living area was well lit and airy. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Our boys loved the bunk room and its multiple beds and games. We even had great weather for the end of Sept and were able to enjoy the pool and back yard. Back deck with BBQ and roof top were also areas for family fun.
Great house and host for any event.
