Enjoy this beautiful three story oceanfront property with floor to ceiling views and a quiet setting while still being close to Surf City and all the restaurants and amenities. This is a one of a kind property that allows for breathtaking views of LBI from all of its windows and wide deck. Immaculate condition. Beach passes and utilities included.
Further luxuries include private beach access, ample parking, and an open floor plan. Large area underneath deck for private showers and changing. Hot tub on deck facing ocean.
Enter on the first floor to a 3 story spiral staircase with glass block walls. Continue into first floor tv/den with pull out queen couch, dining area, full bath, laundry room, queen bedroom and bedroom with bunkbeds (3). Door leads directly out to outside under the deck and the beach.
Main level (2nd floor) has a stunning and large living area with wraparound couch, dining for 12 and tv/den ( doors enclose for 6th bedroom). Full bath on this level. Walk up a few steps to master bedroom suite with jacuzzi tub, queen platform bed, celebrity style changing area, two large closets, shower and half bath.
Third floor has two enclosed bedrooms with 2 full beds and one queen), a full bath, balcony/tv area with 2 twins areas for additional sleeping. Views of ocean and bay amazing!!
This property has over 100 feet of ocean frontage however the northern side of the home does not have a property, only sand so the privacy is enhanced.

The house is lovely, bright open and in a fabulous location.
You can see the ocean from the couch in the living room. There is a great deck with a hot tub. The life guard station is about 3 houses down the beach. The house is well equipped and comfortable. We had 4 families and children ranging from 21 down to 3. Everyone had a great time.

This house is absolutely amazing. I have a huge family of my parents, siblings and all of our children. The wonderful home had plenty of sleeping and living spaces, direct beach access, beautiful views and the open floorplan, with deck allowed us all to be in the same space together.
We loved it, we are already planning our trip for next year.

Lovely home with amazing ocean views from every main room in the living area and master bedroom. We enjoyed the tranquility and the large 2nd floor deck. We're planning on staying again next year.

This house is large, clean and as represented in the listing. While there were only 5 of us staying there, a larger group would have been quite comfortable. The location is spectacular - just behind a dune on the beach. The house is built to capitalize on this location and does a beautiful job. The beach is not crowded there and has a lifeguard close by.
The kitchen is well stocked as are beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc). Beach tags (an obnoxious NJ taxation mechanism) are provided by the owner.
A beautiful, comfortable house for a great beach vacation.
