North Beach, LBI – 4BR 3.5 Bath – Oceanside: 3rd House from Beach!!
Friday to Friday rentals during the summer season (Mid June thru Friday before Labor Day).
Enjoy the convenience and safety of being Oceanside and not having to worry about you or your children having to cross the Boulevard to get to the beach with your own private access!
2,450 square foot immaculate 10-year-old luxury, reverse living style duplex townhome (East side) w/ 4 levels (Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd) plus a rooftop deck offering views from the beach to the bay, in addition to 2 covered patios (1st and 3rd floors) and a private beach (a private lane with just two other homes), with an outdoor shower and plenty of parking. This unit also has central air (in the event the beautiful ocean breezes stop blowing).
Your vacation getaway has 4 BR's and a den with queen sleeper: 2 queen beds (both en-suites), 4 twin beds, 1 full bed and 1 queen sleeper. There are 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bath, a laundry room, and a wet bar with beverage refrigerator (in the den).
The Top (3rd) Floor has a LR, DR/Area, Kitchen w/ Pantry, Entrance to Roof Deck, Master BR/Bath, a Powder Room and a shared patio between the Master and Dining area:
• The Living Room has beach and ocean views, a gas fireplace, the powder room, and access to the rooftop deck.
• The Dining Room/Area off the kitchen has a farmhouse table that can seat 8 plus additional kitchen island seating. There's additional seating on the outside deck as well to expand the seating area.
• The Gourmet stainless & quartz Kitchen has island seating, a walk-in Pantry, and upgraded appliances and all custom cabinets.
• The Master BR suite has a Queen bed, LCD TV and a private en-suite bathroom with His and Hers vanities and huge 9' x 4.5' shower with a rain shower head, plus a covered balcony deck with ocean views.
The 2nd (bedroom level) floor boasts the following:
• Junior Master Bedroom suite w/ walk-in closet, private bath with frameless glass shower, queen bed and a LCD TV
• Full Bath with double sinks, and tub shower
• 3rd BR with a twin over full and twin over twin bunk beds
• 4th BR with 2 twin beds and 1 twin trundle bed.

The 1st floor has the following features:
• The Den has a Queen Sleeper, Wet Bar w/ Beverage Refrigerator, LCD TV, sliding doors to patio and a gaming system for the kids (young and old[er])

We had a fantastic stay at Jeff and Cathy's beach house! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The place is incredibly spacious and even more beautiful than the photos depicted.We loved the top deck for watching and listening to the ocean. Being right on the beach was so convenient, especially with young kids. The house was very comfortable, the decor was lovely, and we appreciated the thoughtful small details throughout.Jeff and Cathy are truly amazing hosts. They were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's clear they care about their guests' experience.The spaciousness of the house was a huge plus for our two families with a range of ages. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, which we all appreciated.Overall, we had an amazing and memorable vacation and are already looking forward to returning to Jeff and Cathy's place on our next visit. Highly recommend!

Jeff was an awesome host! Our group was there for a weekend the house was perfect. Access to the beach is only a few steps away and beach chairs were provided. Spacious property with beautiful views, too! Would love to stay again soon!

If it is all about the location, you should be fine.
This house does not sleep 14! The pull out sofa bed doesn't have a mattress and the trundle beds don't pull out. Sleeping on the couch was more comfortable than some of the beds.
AND, you have to clean the place when you leave even though there is a cleaning fee. The fridge and grill were dirty when we arrived.
