Arvella Stay I is a ground-floor apartment with direct access from the covered beachfront veranda.
The interiors are functionally organised to accommodate up to 2 guests and include a double bedroom, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
The furnished covered veranda, directly overlooking Bados Beach, is the heart of the property and is ideal for breakfasts, outdoor dinners or relaxing moments with sea views.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, LED TV and air conditioning in every room. The maximum interior ceiling height is 2.20 metres.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The property features a covered beachfront veranda with direct views of Bados Beach, furnished to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces during your stay.
Bados Beach is located directly in front of the property. Restaurants, beach kiosks and seasonal services can be found in the immediate surroundings.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon arrival, a security deposit is required and blocked on the guest’s credit card (physical card required).
The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on the bank).
In case of damages or violations of the house rules, part of the amount may be retained to cover expenses.
TOURIST TAX
To be paid in cash upon arrival according to local regulations.
BOOKING DETAILS

ONLINE CHECK-IN & CONTRACT
After booking, online check-in is required (upload of documents and selfie for each guest).
Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
A tourist rental contract must be signed; a courtesy English copy will be provided.
KEY COLLECTION
Key collection and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia.
WASTE COLLECTION
A door-to-door waste sorting system is active. Guests are kindly asked to dispose of waste correctly during their stay.
