INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Villa Bados 6 offers approximately 120 sqm of bright and well-designed spaces. The large living room features a dining area with wooden table, TV corner and two direct accesses to the veranda. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, spacious fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and washing machine.

The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms: a double room with an extra single bed and private bathroom with bathtub a twin room with two single beds and another double bedroom with an additional single bed. The second bathroom includes a shower. All rooms are equipped with large wardrobes and air conditioning, making the villa a practical holiday home with air conditioning for every season.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The wide covered veranda, furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation, overlooks the large private garden that surrounds the villa. A private driveway inside the gate provides convenient reserved parking. Within a few minutes you will find supermarkets, fish shops, bakeries, cafés, pizzerias and restaurants such as Trattoria Rossi and Costa Sarda. The N4 bus stop located near the main gate connects Bados with other beaches and Olbia’s historic centre. In just ten minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Golfo Aranci, including Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina and Spiaggia Bianca.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card (physical card required). The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing depends on your bank). In case of damagesviolations of the regulations, we reserve the right to retain an amount from the deposit.

FINAL CLEANING AND ESSENTIAL SERVICES

The costs for final cleaning and the initial set of bed linen and towels are not included in the base price and will be charged separately. Additional changes available upon request.

TOURIST TAX

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

BOOKING DETAILS

As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality. ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT

Online check-in is mandatory (upload of ID and selfie for each guest). All data is processed in compliance with the GDPR Regulation. A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract is drafted in Italian an English courtesy copy is provided.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys are collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE SEPARATION

The municipality has an active door-to-door waste collection system. Please use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
