INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Arvella Stay II is a first-floor apartment accessible via an external staircase shared with the ground-floor unit.

The interiors are organised to accommodate up to 4 guests and include two double bedrooms, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.

The furnished covered veranda overlooking Bados Beach is the property’s main outdoor living area, ideal for breakfasts, aperitifs or summer dinners with sea views.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, LED TV and air conditioning in every room.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The property features a covered sea-view terrace, furnished to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces during your stay.

Bados Beach is located directly in front of the property. Restaurants, beach kiosks and seasonal services are available in the immediate surroundings.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT



Upon arrival, a security deposit is required and blocked on the guest’s credit card (physical card required).

The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on the bank).

In case of damages or violations of the house rules, part of the amount may be retained to cover expenses.



TOURIST TAX

To be paid in cash upon arrival according to local regulations.

BOOKING DETAILS



Klodge properties are private homes managed as tourist rentals under Italian Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 Regione Sardegna.

As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may present minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.

ONLINE CHECK-IN & CONTRACT



After booking, online check-in is required (upload of documents and selfie for each guest).

Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.

A tourist rental contract must be signed; a courtesy English copy will be provided.



KEY COLLECTION

Key collection and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia.

WASTE COLLECTION

A door-to-door waste sorting system is active. Guests are kindly asked to dispose of waste correctly during their stay.

20:00 – 23:00 → €40 (upon request)

23:00 – 01:00 → €60 (upon request)

After 01:00 → only upon prior authorisation
