INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Located on the ground floor, Bellosguardo 4 features bright, comfortable spaces designed for a relaxing stay a few metres from the sea. The covered veranda, complete with an outdoor lounge area, overlooks a 40 m² private garden — an inviting place to enjoy breakfast outdoors or unwind in the evening. Inside, the living room includes a dining table, TV corner and a well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and hob. The sleeping area offers a double bedroom with wardrobe and a twin bedroom with two single beds, along with a bathroom featuring a shower and washing machine.

OUTDOOR SPACES

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorised on the guest’s physical credit card. The amount will be automatically released after departure; processing times depend on the issuing bank. Any damages or rule violations may result in partial or full deductions from the deposit.

FINAL CLEANING AND BASIC SERVICES

The cost of final cleaning and the initial linen set is not included in the base rate and will be charged separately. Additional linen changes are available upon request.

TOURIST TAX

To be paid in cash on arrival, according to local regulations.

BOOKING DETAILS

Klodge properties are private homes managed as tourist rentals under Italian Law 431/98 and Regional Law 16/17. As private homes, they may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialising in short-term holiday rentals.

ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT

Online check-in is mandatory and requires uploading documents and a selfie for each guest. All data is processed according to the GDPR regulations. A tourist rental agreement must be signed. An English courtesy copy can be provided.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys are collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE SEPARATION

The area is served by a door-to-door recycling system. Please use the designated bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
