Relax in this new, quiet, and elegant vacation rental—completely renovated in 2025—which is perfectly located for your vacation. Sables d’Or Beach is a 150-meter walk away, and the small shops in La Guérinière and the market are just a few minutes away by bike.
Bike paths are accessible right from the house, allowing you to explore the island by bike:
The tastefully decorated Cabane à Coco features a large, bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom upstairs. There are two enclosed gardens on either side of the house—the front garden faces southeast and the back garden faces west—each featuring a terrace, lounge chairs, and a barbecue.
The house includes:
* A fully fitted and equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, and Nespresso machine)
* The living room with a sofa, armchair, a large table for 8 people, and a television.
* A restroom on the first floor
* Upstairs, 3 bedrooms
- A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and storage
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and storage
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and 2 bunk beds (90 cm)
- A bathroom with a shower
- Closet in the hallway
* Two gardens: the front garden faces south/east and the back garden faces west, with direct access to the beach via a small path
* Beach chairs, garden furniture, and a grill available for your use outdoors
