    A great place to stay. Arrive by train and easy walk to the hotel. No need for car as easy to walk to main attractions, exceptional location. Spacious and comfortable large pool area to relax too. Our second visit. Great stay, would recommend.

    I stayed just one night at Villa Royal but the facilities were very nice and the breakfast superior to what you usually expect in Italy. The room was quite basic and in what looked like an annex, but that was not a problem. It was clean and the expected (small) size in Florence and generally in Italy.
